One component of my thesis it to create two installation art pieces. These images are first rendering for proof of concept and are unfinished. An abstract collage of shapes will be assembled in a neutral tone, which will allow for projection mapping to utilize these shapes in a variety of ways. The first way will be as individual components. Each object will be mapped separately taking into account perspective and anchor points for the object, these will be called "object maps". With this, a separate video, image, etc. can be mapped to each component. The second way the installation will be used is in component groups, "group maps". For example, several object maps can be grouped together, creating several group maps. This will allow for versatility in the design process. The final way the installation will be mapped is in "outline maps" obviously including the outer anchor points for the entire installation.
